What is a Roamie?

A Roamie is a small portable hotspot which provides you with internet access via mobile networks in 100 countries.

Is it safe?

Yes absolutely. Much more safe than connecting to open WiFi hotspots.

How many devices can I connect?

Up to 5 devices (PC’s, smartphones, tablets, etc.) can be connected simultaneously. (However, remember that all the devices will share the same connection)

How is the speed?

As with any mobile device, it depends on the mobile network coverage in the area you are in but all our operators support 4G/LTE.

How does it work – and how come it is so cheap?

The Roamie (automatically) downloads a local SIMcard in the country which you choose to visit.

We have negotiated good rates with mobile operators across the world, so this way you get internet access at almost local prices and local speed.

How is the coverage?

The Roamie works in 100 countries.

The coverage and speed however, is only as good as the coverage where you are. But basically the coverage will be the exact same as with a regular phone – but only at a fraction of the price.

Normally, when you are roaming, you are not considered first priority on a foreign network, but with the Roamie you become first priority in all the countries with coverage.
